I have registered a complaint on 6/3/15 having complaint no.[protected] regarding my washing machine of ifb. It was attended on 7/3/15 and it was discovered that its drum is faulty and it is having rust. Which being a stainless steel drum should not have a problem like
That. I am having so much of problem that all my clothes are getting stains of
Rust and getting spoiled.
Now there has been no response to my complaint since 7/3/15.
I was told that my drum will be replaced. After no response finally i talked to
Customer care head and he assured that it will be replaced by tuesday 17.3.15. But today when there was no replacement i called customer care again i found that my complaint has been cancelled without even being attended. Now i don’t know what to do with this complaint and do not force me to take matter to customer court and to media for
Being harassed so much. Who is going to pay for our spoiled clothes.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
