[Resolved] IFB — Non attending service request

I have an IFB Air Conditioner, Model No. IACS18bFSTP, Sl. No.[protected] which is still under warranty. I have made a request for servicing of the same vide IFB ticket no. 15038275 dated 03 March 2015. Till to date no body has approached for attending my request. Five times I have contacted IFB customer care service, and every time got assurance that it would be attended by today itself. Today, I tried to register complain for the same with IFB customer services but they insisted me to not to lodge complain and again assure me to attend me by today and still no result. +1 photos Was this information helpful? My complaint to ifb company about non function of executive elite washing machine, a week ago not yielded any response from the company or its service agency shivashakti agency bangalore. Every day my call to service agency is futile as agency is lying on sending service person to repair the washing machine since one week. Iam facing problem in washing our house hold fabrics since week. My washing machine is covered under AMC. Smt Gangamma, Bengaluru
