[Resolved]  IFB — Poor response to complaints even after reporting to toll free No Thrice

My ID is 4041739. I registered a complaint on 9th march regarding leakage of water due to damage of pipe at the bottom of drum. Complaint No.[protected]. Since nobody turned up, on 13 March I reported the matter again to their toll free No. They gave me the service center No. and told to contact directly. Meanwhile they will also instruct them. I tried to contact in that No. but nobody is picking up the call. On 14th March i again contacted in toll free no., and they are having the same answer. The complaint which is to be attended in 24hrs is not attended post a week.
