IFB — Poor response to my complaint & request to rectify

Ref. 1. My customer ID : 3293937 complaint NOs; 11860396 Dt: 24/10/2014 & [protected] Dt; 20/03/2015. Nature of complaint: abnormal sound and vibration (the same complaint was registered twice) I have already registered my complaint thro. this forum, The above said complaints were not resolved, one service person (MR Karthik ) from trichy service centre had conducted me by phone On 21/03/2015, after that, I had approached him (five times) to his mobile no [protected], every time he was telling me to attend this complaint tomorrow, but not yet attended (around five months passed), please arrange to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
