Hi!
This is regarding the ifb wm tl65rds 6.5 kg (top load) model washing machine, that i bought on 19 december 2015 from harshita electronics in shalimar garden, gzb, up-201005. within a period of 7 months, we have already registered 4 complaints with your customer service. the complaint numbers are as follows:

2) complaint no is 17933736. ifb care will get in touch with you shortly. please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no. the complaint raised on 8th june 2016
3) complaint no is 17972020. ifb care will get in touch with you shortly. please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no. the complaint raised on 13 june 2016
4) complaint no is 18052274. ifb care will get in touch with you shortly. please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no. the complaint raised on 4july (today).
Each time, the service engineer attend our complaints, he does some temporary arrangments. he does not provide any clarity on the reason why this issue is cropping up every now and then, even when asked repeatedly. he gives us some lame explanation of the issue with the power button which was not very convincing.
This simply proves that the model is defective and hence we would need you to replace the same immediately. we cannot tolerate or accept such lethargic attitude from your customer service and service engineers. they simply want to prolong the issue, adding to the woe of the consumer, rather than solving it to their level of satisfaction.
We cannot call your service center every month as we have better things to do. your product was bought to simplify our life and not to complicate it.
Fortunately, our washing machine is still under the warranty/guarantee period otherwise, you would have forced us to take amc for no reasons, and we would have ended up paying more. i wonder if this is the performance your product under guarantee period, what would happen once it expires.
Hopefully, you resolve the issue at the earliest.
