[Resolved]  IFB — poor servicing and misbehaving

sir, we are kerala state and thrissur district.we have brought a ifb washing machine and we a complaint of leakage of water first the service men and came and said that its a compliant of rubber pipe after 5 days they replaced the pipe it was not that complaint then we called again said the complaint after 3 days the come and said that its complaint of drum then we brougt the drum we called them for replacing they are saying they will come tomarrow its a month over they are not come for replacing. for washing with the hands why should we buy the washing machine. we have gurantee up to august 2015. we called the service center of thrissur. so please take necessary action. i am giving my details below T.G.
