[Resolved] IFB — Poorest Service

I have an Elina washing machine of IFB which is under AMC vide no. JSR/2460 dt.09.02.2013 and valid till 08.02.15. It developed a problem of water leakage and the complain was lodged on 21.08.2014 with your call centre vide no.10151013. Regret to inform you that till date ie. 26.08.14 the service has not been rendered. I followed up with your call centre as well with your local office but of no use. Situation is that for last 5 days I am unable to use the machine after spending on AMC for better service. Your local office at Jamshedpur is worthless. I never get proper response from them and unable to understand that why they choose 2nd half only for service. Please note that due to highway broadening work most of the time power goes off in 2nd half and I requested them to send the technician in 1st half but in vain. I request you to look in to the matter and provide the services.
