I have raised a complaint to repair my washing machine on 19th May, and my ticket No.15575045, technician visited the next day and said it's a fault of failed power cord and needed to be replaced, and he said he will come back with the spare part, after an hour he called me and said that the washing machine is not under warranty and suggested me to take AMC, which i refused and asked him to just repair it, he then replied that if you take AMC we will repair it immediately or else you have to wait for few days, since then there's no response from the service center and no response from customer care center either, after repeated calls and SMS', i asked the customer care to connect to higher authority to escalate the problem for which they say the same answer it will be serviced soon,
How can they service immediately if i take AMC and why should i wait if i dont take AMC, isn't it called blackmailing to take AMC?
