Hello, I called IFB Support office for new connection. The support person informed me the technician will come your home within 48 hours. But the technician person not came more than 10 working day. When I call the service person they saying the person will come today and tomorrow. They are not responding and respect costumer's feeling. The worst customer service providers this IFB,
