I have raised complaint for dishwasher service on February 24th . The technician came and said board needs I be replaced. After 3 weeks he replaced the board and asked me to switch on th machine only after 24 hrs. When I switched it on the same F1 error was shown. Again he visited and said one more board needs to be replaced and raised request. After so many followups he came again and said the board he changed earlier was not the correct one to this model they did it by mistake . Till now issue is not resolved. Meanwhile whenever the ticket is raised the person from elite Enterprises call us and say our complained is followed via email and close th ticket. She also ask me to forward th msg that i receive from ifb without giving feedback. After 2 times I understood that they themselves give feedback and close the ticket. 3rd time I refused to forward the message. Each time I call the service center I get the sam response as we have raised request for parts will get back shortly after checking the status. But they never get back... I need th machine to be repaired ASAP or replace the machine for making us to wait for these many months. Was this information helpful? |
