IFB — Service Not proper

I have registered my complaint on may 15th 2015. The technician reached home only after 10 days! Then he realized that the issue is with drum. There isn't any action that day and till now. What he replied was he can come up with the spare asap. But no action till this date (June 02 2015). I have called their toll free but no result. Registered one complaint again and waiting for the response.
