I am in possession of a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher and have annual maintenance contract for the dishwasher and the washing machine.
A month back I had a serious problem with the water controller of the washing machine and had a very hard time to finally get it rectified despite the maintenance contracts. There was a huge irresponsibility from one of the mechanics who were sent. He was rude and left the problem worse.
Subsequently, the engineer who fixed the problem suggested a filter to prevent silt accumulation and then a pressure pump to enhance the water pressure to the machine.
There were follow up calls from three different people which was highly annoying as the same questions and queries were being repeated. However I got a confirmation call from the service engineer that he was going to do the changes in about three days. Its been over two weeks and I have had no call or attendance to complete the task yet.
I am hugely disturbed as some of your service engineers who come are careless.
Given the service standards that you talk of this is a really bad experience I have had.
Please ensure I get a call and your might wish to overhaul your service centres in Bangalore
