IFB — Technician not coming up for Demo from 10 days

Hi, I have purchased a IFB microwave on 31 may 2015 and the technician called up on Monday . Due to unavailability of any person at home I scheduled his visit on Saturday and he confirmed for this rescheduling i.e on 6 june 2015. Since he did not turn up on the same day I called the dealer and IFB customer care inquiring about the same and then the visit was scheduled for Monday 8Th june 2015 at 6.30p.m The technician again called me at 4.30 for his unavailability at the scheduled time and asked for an appointment at Tuesday 6.30. Now today I get a call that any demo or technician is not available after 5.30 which is a big disappointment of misleading information from all channels .
