[Resolved] IFB — Unexplained delay in replacement of the part of machine

Hi
I own an IFB Front Loading WM 8Kg Model Admiral 8012W washing machine.
My first Ticket Numbering 15294094 was not heeded at all and the technician visited after the second Ticket Numbering 15323862 which was given to me after 5 days and 4 phone calls to the customer executive.
Anyways, the technician told that front panel has to be changed and it would take 3 days to get that part as it has to come from Ludhiana. Later i got a call that it would take 10 days as it has to come from Goa and when I asked as to speed it up i was advised to contact the head office as that might speed up the process. As such last time i Checked it took maximum 3 days to courier a part from Goa. My Machine being in warranty, probably i suppose i deserve to get the part changed. And if it is because of Money that my machine's part is not being delivered, you guys can charge it from me. No Problem if your company has fallen on hard times.
