IFB — Urgent Customer Support on IFB washing machine | |||
Hi IFB, Good Evening. My Customer ID is: 3988276 I am Pavan writing from Chennai. I have IFB Senorita SX- 6Kg 1000 RPM washing machine from Aug- 2013. I purchased the item above at Girias showroom, Bangalore. I am facing problem with the machine from the past 4 months. And I raised a complaint regarding my machine on 02-Nov-2014 (Sunday) for the first time. Even still repeatedly had problems with the machine. My machine is under 4 year full warranty. I am very dissatisfied by the customer care support technically. Now again I logded a complaint for my machine on 04-April-2015 (Saturday). Complaint No. is: [protected] I need a total solution for my machine. Now the problem is even Start/Pause button itself is not working. Also If I kept my wash program in easy care, it takes around 4 hours to complete the cycle. When your technical engineer came to visit they are suggesting to put extra things to the machine like water softener, power stabilizer and all. It is not the right way to deal a customer. Also I won’t suggest any more to any of my friends or relatives to have IFB to them, just because of your poor customer service. We our family is not at all happy with the performance and customer service of the instrument/ company.
