[Resolved] IFB W Machines — Subject: complaint - non attending

Sir,
my ifb w machine is lying opened for last week for replacement of parts (under garranty).
I am calling the helpline no.Repeatedly and i am being told repeatedly that man is
coing in the morning, in the evening but no body is coming.
I am a senior citizen and find my self helpless.
It will be so kind of you if you do the needful urgently.
