Machine issue. Complaint no: 14463417 & 14513656 logged date 13/12/2014
New complaint
No: 14897083 logged on 11/02/2015
I have re-logged a new complaint as the issue is not
Resolved, as informed in previous letter (Dated on 17/01/2015) no action has
Been taken they took the machine for repair to office and returned the machine
After two days with providing the one liquid to use get good wash, but issue
Was not resolved and complaint has been closed saying that “ issue
Has been resolved”. Let me know thereason.
If you are not able to resolve the issue request you do let us know so
That i can go with another brand. I have last more than 4 cloths due to your
Machine, who is going to bear this? This is my lost letter for you if this time
Issue will not resolved i will complaint in consumer court. Am really not happy with your service. Request
You to take back the machine and refund the amount so that i can go with other
Brand machine. Sorry to say that i lost my patience on this machine.
Note:
If compny will not
Give the response, i’ll file the complaint in conusmer court.
