I am a bank Sr manager and my wife is serving in BHEL's school, both are PSU employees.My IFB washing mashing, Executive plus model, is not working . I lodged a complaint No. 16760392 dated 30.10.2015with their call centre .The service enginer replaced MOTOR, BELLBAY SET, TUBE HOSE, DESCALE ETC AND CHARGED RS 4945 VIDE BILL NO 634 DATED 7-11-15 FOR RS 4945/-plus rs570/- labour charged without giving any receipt of rs570/-till date.
The defect is yet to be rectified, my repeated reminders to sh kapil sharma on m no [protected]lwho primissed to resolve the issue since 07-11-15. I have paid a large sum for repared. Total waste. More important is that my washing is not operational and clothes are piling up for washing.NOW, MR kapil visit on dated[protected] and said that the drum will be changed.
This is the case of cheating and harrasment to the ladies who attending the service agents at home alone.The service agents take away the old parts of the machine i.e. MOTOR, BELLBAY SET, TUBE HOSE, DESCALE ETC .If, the parts was defected why the same was not left at our house.
NOW, MR kapil visit on dated[protected] and said that the drum will be changed.c
Please rembursed us the wrong charged rs 4945plus 570 total rs 5515/-
Hope IFB takes the issue seriously and pull up their their service centre for their inefficiency and irresponsible behaviour...
