My IFB front load senorita vx washing machine got repaired in regard to the timing (instead of 33 mins its taking 1 and half an hr) and i raised a complaint by calling the IFB call centre. She took the message and sent some srinivas to get the instrument repaired. This was on 9 of May 17. For some reason he didnt do it well and had to once again raise a complaint on Friday 12 May 2017. Since then no one is attending the work. Received a call from this no.[protected] this morning 15 may 2017 stating that the technician will come by 12 pm. I am writin this mail at 5.30 pm and have been continously callin on the mentioned no from 12 pm. but no one is receiving the call
Secondly, I have an AMC for this starting from Jan 17 to 18 and paid an amount of 2900. Agency is Surya agency and engineer is Vinod. Now one one is coming live in this regard.
Can I have suggestion from the Sr. Mgmt in the Customer complaints dept about what to do now ?
