[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — Delay in service under warranty

Hi I am Jayakrishnan from Erode Tamil Nadu I raised a support ticket [protected] on 05/05/2022 due to issue with my IFB washing machine. After completing the wash cycle we noticed smoke is coming out of the front door. The IFB technician visited on 07/05/2022 and checked the device and advice us to replace the rubber near the front door to resolve the issue and the technician mentioned the material will not be covered under warranty and it ll be charged around 1500 to 2000 .the technician confirmed that he ll bring the necessary parts in next working day(09/05/2022) and replace it. We are unable to contact the technician for last four days and we didn't get any response from service branch and customer service centre. the ticket also closed without any resolution from IFB side. still now i didn't get any proper communication from IFB side . i didn't expect this kind of service from IFB
