I purchased IFB washing machine in December 2020 from a store in Sonipat, Haryana. The machine is in guarantee/warranty.
I called customer service to register a complaint that my machine is not drying clothes completely. They registered my complaint and issued me a ticket number *********. The technician didnot visit my home and told me over phone that my machine has bad shockers and they need to be replaced.
I was surprised how he knew without visiting my house that shockers are a problem. He asked me to share the model number on his whatsapp number and he would place the order. He came after one day with shockers to my house and said that my machine is on a local stand hence guarantee stands cancelled and i have to pay money for it. During installing 2.5 years ago they themselves gave the stand, when i told the agent about it he is asking me for stand bill. How ridiculous!! I called customer service to file a complaint and they said a senior team will look into it and call me.
No one called and i called customer service again, now they are saying part is not available. I don’t understand why they are doing like this. Why customer service us not following up with us.
This is sheer fraud and i am really upset. I called cust service at least 10 times and they connected me to some rude person Mr. Manish. I am upsat with the rude behaviour of Mr Manish, who claims to be working with IFB sonipat. This man has no manners to speak to customers and is telling me Do what you want!
