[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — Misbehavior by dealer | |||||
I was in need to purchsase one iron trolly for my fully automatic IFB washing machine, so I called on toll free number to supply the same. The boy who installed trolly perhaps could not balance the machine by adjusting scews of four legs and the same time my wife asked him that why lather (foggy soap) remains as residue in door, in machine after clothes are finally washed .He started beating about the as he could'nt diagnose the fault. So my wife to satisfy her quest regarding lather rang up Mr.Manish, dealer at Sonipat. But to her surprise Mr.Manish was not ready to listen her and telling to change the soap etc etc and lost patience. I had to pick up the phone from her to make to make Mr.Manish understand fault instead of avoiding the matter .But he very arrowgantly advised me not to talk with him instead register a complaint in customer care.
