Hi,
This is with regard to the service request that I placed on 31st May for my washing machine. The technician who contacted me had made an appointment but never turned up in-spite of repeated calls from my end and taking permission after agreeing to come upon a fixed time. I am tired of calling customer service since their response is the same every time without any effect! Yesterday out of the blue the representative had informed me that the request was closed and will be open again, which I was not aware of!!
The only ticket number that i have pertaining to this complaint is [protected] and E126234 is the escalation number. The machine seems to be running away every time from the stand and gives a feel as though it would topple during spin cycle. It is physically difficult for me to hold on to it every time.
If some action can be taken at the earliest, it would be very helpful.
