I have bought this IFB washing machine in year of 2015 (IFB aqua - energie (TL65RDS) from 2016 onwards i started facing lot of issues with this machine in 2016 itself a CP (button part of machine ) stopped working on complaining same the technician arrived within 2 days & just checked & charged rs .500 only for touching the machine .when asked for replacement he said parts are not available it will take 1 week or more to get the same after replacing the CP part of machine which arrived after 10 days of complaining again stopped working in 6 months such a bad quality of machine parts are been provided By IFB. on talking with company they keep on giving different numbers to call on talk also in washing machine which needs to have water proof screws are all placed with metal screws letting them to rust & spoil the machine & at the second time of replacement where the technician is unable to remove the screw due to rusting issue he is suggesting to break a certain part of machine on arguing he is confirming machine will still after breaking a part but not ready to take any responsibility on the same
i have never Ever dealed with such problem with any of the electronic supplying company
i clearly suggest IFB to improve their quality of product & service to retain their name in the market which is badly spoiled bcoz of it
also i want to make a point customer care & Technician of IFB doesn't have a manner to speak they are rude Was this information helpful? |
