[Resolved] IFB — Washing Machine not working despite recent repairs done

Dear Sir,
This is with respect to my ongoing complain ticket number 15618678 regarding complain of my 5 kg automatic washing machine purchased and also AMC done for the same vide receipt no 101516/ 002154 dated 03052015.
The technician repaired the machine and charged some 3300 for a part and also suggested us to go for AMC during that time. Within a week after the repair was done, the machine went dead again and we had to face a troublesome time. Though we tried to register several complains, your technician is saying that the repairs can happen only after 90 days of AMC which is not what we expect when we pay more than 6000 for repair and AMC done by your technician and it is the fault of your technicain which has resulted in the machine going dead. I urge you to take immidiate action to repair the machine before we burst out with customer forums and other platforms of this non performance.
