[Resolved] IFB — Washing machine servicing not yet resolved.(More than a month) | |||||
My Name is Anand Asir and i am an IFB washing machine Customer. Recently i had a problem with this IFB Washing machine. It was the problem with the door sensor. I called to IFB customer service and they sent a technician to resolve the issue. After checking the machine, He took a week and finally came up with a new door sensor. After fitting that also problem was not resolved. He guessed like it could be the problem with the board inside and to resolve this he has to send it to IFB itself. We allowed him to do that.Now It's been more than a month but still he dint come up with the new board and whenever we are calling they are giving irresponsible answers. I thought IFB was an reputed company but now i realized it is not. I raised two tickets one for door sensor problem and one for this board issue to IFB but so far there is no response from them. But without my acknowledgement they sent a SMS like your problem has been resolved and asked me to give a feedback. Even i replied for that SMS as no but still it seemed like they are taking no further steps. Really it is annoying when reputed companies offering service like this to their customers. With the trust only people are buying product from them. But these types of behaviour is not acceptable. My Ticket number is [protected] which i raised in IFB. Please help me to resolve this issue. Nov 19, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you all for your support to resolve my issue. After lodging my complaint IFB took the immediate action. The technician called me and said that the washing machine's board was ready and he ll come and fix it up ASAP. In mean time IFB executive called me and asked me the status of my complaint. Due to rain the service technician could not make it on time but after a day he came and fit the board. Now everything goes as normal. Thank you once again for this forum founders, supporters and IFB executives. Overall a very quick response for my complaint. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
