[Resolved]  IFB — Water leakage from the cabinet.

In My IFB washing machine there is heavy water leakage from the cabinet. I registered a complaint with the company on 4th Sept 2014 thro customer care number. and i also got a confirmation mail from ifbglobal that the complaint will be attended with 48 hours. I did not receive any call till 8th and again i called them. They said within 24 hours the local service personnel will contact and set right things. Till today i have neither received any call from the local service personnel or any reply from ifb. Every time i face the same problem. Can this be solved from your end please. My ticket number given by IFB for my complaint is :13710729.
