[Resolved]  IFB — worst service + disgusting response from ifb service centre.

Hi Team,

I have paid AMC OF amount 6500 for 2 YEARS and after one month my washing machine was repaired .

I have logged complaint 2 months back, but no service engineer came to my location to repair the machine .

saying all ### reason like mobile not reachable, no technical engineer available ..

called to IFB service team simply taking call log but no action from them .

its so strange to receive such a poor service from IFB and its agency .

planning to raise consume case on them in court ..

complete cheaters,

IFB Team please cancel franchise to this kind of stupid agency ..

eating all customers money and damaging ur brand name .

My washing machine got repaired two months back ..still no service engineer corrected our issue .

please either arrange to return our AMC amount or send your service engineer directly from IFB team .

lost hope on this agency people.
