Its been 18 days, after being registering a complaint at IFB customer care. The worst service I have ever experienced in any home appliances. Until now, not even a single day they have deployed a personnel to investigate the problem. After we call the customer care the response would be - sorry for the inconvenience we would send a personnel soon.
I have also physically gone to their office and requested to complete the service but its of no use.
They are least bothered about consumer forum, they don't even care about consumer forum, if I tell them I would lodge a complaint against them, someone in the background say they can do nothing tell them we will send a personnel and disconnect the phone.
