[Resolved]  IFB — Worst service provider

I have ifb front loading washing machine since july 2011. Last 15 days i encountered a problem with a machine it stopped suddenly i called up datar services dombivali mr yogesh who is authorised service center it took him 4 to 5 days to visit and resolve the problem but it was not resolved from datar service mr yogesh technician than again after 2 days technician came he removed all the parts of the machine and finally told that it will have to be replaced with new drum as it costed around 8000 he asked for advance there was no male in hime so female dont have money as a advance. I angrily spoke to yogesh he is worst person as customer service job i told him i will do legal action he told ok take it then i told him to tell his oerson to throw machine out he told ok i will tell him to throw such a response i got first time from any company and finally today they called it will take 15 days for a new drum i told him that i dont want to repair and will purchase new machine just come and assemble it again so that u can sell it in second technucian told that it will cost service charge rs 825 i dont understood that re assembling of a machine is datar services job why the hell i should pay. I really think that mr yogesh authorisation should be taken back by a company though ifb is a reputed company but because of such person like yogesh company's name is been spoiled. Very dis appointed by ifb after sale service datar services mr yogesh i will never ever in my life will suggest ifb machine to anyone because of rude and irresponsible after sale service..

Pathetic customer service ...No customer value...

I filed a complaint against IFB AC.
Initially, technician came after 4-5 days and took away bill copy leaving a commitment that they will come back with the required part within next 4-5 days.After I enquired about my pending complaint, CC people told me that the complaint has been closed.Post which, I re launched the complaint.And now its been over a month and no action is been taken .Each day, New story, New commitments.I have escalated the issue multiple times but it seems there is no professionalism in IFB hired employees.Even a mail has been sent to the Branch Manager but no action has been taken .

I have also dropped a mail on email is they keeping announcing now and then but did not get any response .Branch Coordinator does not even pick the calls.I have also approached service head office people.Again, no use.

I am now sick of calling everyday to these unprofessional guys and getting frustrated each time.


Even the weather has changed now and the purpose for which a person purchases AC is no more valid.

Moreover, its been just 3 months when I purchased the AC and the AC has stopped working completely.

I would strongly recommend everyone to NOT go for IFB.
We are experiencing a pathetic service from IFB's Datar Service Center, Dombivli West. Our Microwave has been delivered on Tuesday 10th October since then we are calling up for the technician to visit, just to do demo for us and signing off the warrantee cards. Technician Jitendra always says he will come today, but his own today never came. we have to wait for this Jitendra guy for full day and at evening he never pick ups his phone. We asked for Branch Manager name and number no body willing to give. We are really frustted and angry on the services we get from an IFB's authorised service centre.

I have been complaining since so many days regarding my washing machine which is making lots of sound and is vibrating violently and I had stop using it. There has been no response from the company customer care. WORST After service.

My IFB Senorita Aqua VX washing machine is under warranty period, called customer service registered a complaint dated 28 June '19 with ticket no.[protected] - Location: Dombivli, u r executive claims that my door lock is not funtional and display is also not working need replacement, as the display panel is under warrenty how long it takes to get it fixed, why the service is too slow, concering the season, m still waiting for my machine to start working it's completely dead. Awaiting for a quick and valid response from your company.
