My microwave screwed upon 3 May ;i lodged a complain ..on 6may Mr XXX BANERJEE CAME he said door needs to be replaced .I agreed but it took him 4 months still he is saying Company doesnt have this door...is it believable ...a company like ifb doesnt have microwave door since Last May ...My point in KOLKATA SERVICE CENTRE IS WORST(IFB) ..MOST OF THEM R INEFFICIENT AND LAZY ...I REGRET BUYING PRODUCTS NOW...I HAD FIXED MICROWAVE FROM AN OUTSIDER ...DEFINITLY WONT CALL KOLKATA SERVICE CENTRE AGAIN
