Folio number[protected] bonds INR 5K each) is matured in January 2021 but the amount is not credited. Could you help me to receive the money?...

I have not received any maturity proceeds of IFCI long term infrastructure bonds series II, Folio Number - 2071740, certificate number[protected], four bonds worth Rs 20, 000. I have made numerous complaints via mail to Beetel Financial Services and IFCI from 6 June 2021. But issue is not solved as yet....

I have still not received principal and interest amount in my bank account although the due date of the bond is Sep 15, 2020.

Tried to call the customer care nbr[protected], but the person is rude enough to not even reply back...

After providing them all the details and following up with them, I recd the below email:

I haven't received the payout as yet, e-mails sent to the registrar Beetal financial are unanswered and dialing all 3 of their available numbers are always busy.

I had purchased Millionaire Bond (Option I) having folio number 5412-402, warrant number : 275433, on 6th September 1996. The amount paid was Rs. 10, 000. I want to know the process to redeem the bond.

I have called their office many times but didn't get any response.

The period for repayment of principal amount with cumulative interest has already over on 31.01.2021 but I have not received my money bank.

I had a IFCI long term infrastructure bond series 4th having folio no INB0048657.
This bond has been matured in the month of February 2021 .I have send it with cancelled cheque in support of bank account number and other documents in the month of January 2021 .
But till now the matured money has not come in my bank account . Please update the status and inform me .
