Ignou — after submitting assignments.. marks has not been added

hi .. my 3rd assignments of the followoing subjects- AMT1, ACC1 has not been added insipite of submitting them . i have written proof from the reciever/examiner.that he had recieved it now the result is showing as "NOT COMPLETED" of these two subjects inspite of regular correspondence and complaints there is no answer..
