I got home loan from IIFL in Nov2017. Now I'm going to close my Loan account. But they charged multiple amounts which they already deducted from my account. Also on Force closure form they define a date (25March2021) for not charging n any of interest amount. But at the time of closing they charged 20072 Rs.. Also they had already deducted Bounce charges from my account at the time of EMI bouncing. But Now again(when I'm going to close my account here) they are charging all this amount.
