My interest rate was increased from 8.10% to 9.25% within 4 years, due to which the tenure got increased from 180 months to 199 months. When I asked their support desk to reduce the interest rate or else I will move to another bank they accepted and offered me 8% and asked me to pay a processing fee of Rs. 4130.
Till this time the rate of interest was 9.25% with 199 months tenure, the moment I paid the amount the very next day I got an email that your rate is increased to 10%.
I mean seriously? Instead of reducing the rate they increased it and the Rs. 4130 is gone for no reason. What a big cheater they are. Can I write a complaint about them anywhere? In banking ombudsman or somewhere? Was this information helpful? |
