IIT Kanpur — GATE 2015 Extra Money not refunded

Hi, While i registered for gate 2015, It showed transaction failed after deducting 1515 RS from my account. This happened twice so that i lost a total of 3030 RS. Then I payed from a different online bank account and it worked well. I paid the money on Sep 13 th and i didn't get the refund till now. Transaction Details are given below.
