[Resolved]  Immigration Overseas Pvt. Ltd — Immature consultancy and fraud

Before writing you, I can assured that I have all relevant proof in writing. I am Lalit Kukshal from Delhi, I Signed consultancy service agreement dated on 22th May 2013 with immigration Overcease pvt. Ltd. Ishwar nagar, New Friends Colony, Mathura Road, New Delhi and My case ID is 5231464. According to my Electronics Engineering Profile with 16 Year experience, Immigration Overseas Pvt Ltd, given me Permanent Residence Visa assurance for Australia with in 15 Months. I got registered in last week of May 2013 with negotiated consultation fee in INR 72, 000/- for pre and post services till settlement in Australia and paid immediately INR 20, 000/- and 2nd payment Rs. 36, 000 /- according to my commitment. Then, I paid AUS $ 1000 ( Rs. 60, 000/- ) online as skill assessment fee to Trades recognition Authority ( TRA ) Australia and handed over the advised and required notify documents to my case Manager, then I repeatedly requested for submission proof of my Migration skill assessment (MSA) application to Trades recognition Authority ( TRA ) which they did not applied on time. My case Manager filled and signed my MSA application herself ( which must be originally signed by me ) and send to Trades recognition Authority ( TRA ) . I always asked for my incomplete documents if any, She said every time that submitted documents are enough if any document required, TRA will ask again. then I paid Rs. 2500/- for Document courier charges to them for TRA Australia. They created fake mail ID on my behalf to get the information from TRA, without my knowledge. which is cyber crime according to Technology Act, 2008, crime of identity theft under Section 66-C & D. She given me wrong MARA Registration Number for Concerning MARA accreditation. That guy admitted that He did not received any application from my consultant ( Immigration Overseas ). In between they were forcing me to submit balance amount of Rs. 16, 000/- but I was stayed on my words that I will pay balance after skill assessment result. I was shocked when TRA Migration Skill Assessment outcome assessed become as unsuccessful because of incomplete documents even I was eligible according to my profile and documents. Finally, I lost my complete money Rs. 1, 30, 000 /- I am fully frustrated and mentally disturbed because I loose huge money due to my case Manager lack of expertise. Now they are asking for repeat skill assessment means another AUS $ 1000 ( Rs, 60, 000/- ), even they know I am eligible for Permanent Residence VISA.
