When I tried to book the tickets for my family on 8th May, 2015 to Tirunelveli an amount of Rs.2, 246/- deducted from my bank account; but the ticket was not confirmed under my transaction details: POS[protected]/08.05.15. At the time of enquiry about refund; I was told by your officials that the amount will be credited into my SBI bank account automatically within 10 days from this date. But till now the said have not been credited in my bank account. Hence I lodged this complaint. Kindly look into this and arrange to credit the amount immediately to my bank account without any further delay. I enclose the statement of my SBI statement to show the amount deducted transaction details for your reference and further action please.

I Have not received any response on my complaint through mail on 27.05.15 reg.
non-receipt of refund amount. Kindly do the needuful immediately.

Please note that we are not receiving the amount of Rs.2, 246/- through our bank account within a week's time, we will handover this matter to our legal adviser to claim the refund with interest. Kindly avoid such unpleasant action.
