Amount debited from our account for unsuccessful booking not credited back to our bank account - reg.

When I tried to book the tickets for my family on 8th May, 2015 to Tirunelveli an amount of Rs.2, 246/- deducted from my bank account; but the ticket was not confirmed under my transaction details: POS[protected]/08.05.15. At the time of enquiry about refund; I was told by your officials that the amount will be credited into my SBI bank account automatically within 10 days from this date.
