Income Tax Department — BBFPV1730D my duplicate PAN need to close

Address:Bidar

Hello Sir,
I would like to close my duplicate PAN card no BBFPV1730D this pan card address is in Bangalore but I am in Bidar dist I will not be able to go to Bangalore and submit pan surrender form at this moment bcz my wife is unwell also I am not getting any loans due to the dual pan card have sent many email to income tax department but no reply. Please look into it
