Income Tax Department — House owner not providing pan card details

Address:No 7 8th main 10cross Puttenhallai palaya, No 7 opp to indian oil petrol bunk

Hello team,
We are staying same place almost 9 years, till now owner is not providing pan details, now only I have started getting above 5laks to pay tax so asking owner, always they used to get rent by cash payment or we need to send money to his son account, there almost 3 houses.kindly do the needful
