My PAN number is AGYPC8741J and the refund request number is [protected]. After sending the intimation of refund on 20/10/2017, the income tax department kept silent for 20 days and then sent a failed refund mail on 10/11/2017 with reason for non-issuance as bank account details missing. I logged in to the income tax e filing site and downloaded the pre-filled xml file. All bank details were correctly filled. This it Income Tax Department's intentional delay tactics and holding public money without paying any interest for late payment.

Kindly expedite.
