Income Tax Department — insisting the paying money without bill

My name is rahman mohideen. Past 20-oct 2017 to 27-oct2017 my wife was hospitalized in ponra hospital surandai - 627859. She had a minor surgery too.

Hospital peoples are informed us around 40k -50k bill will come for total expenses. But we have paid more than 75000.in this total amount 10% of money only we have paid by bills from medicines. Rest 90% they are not giving any bills for that. Even we insist to give bill.

I think hospital management practicing the improper and illigal practice in accounting.
