Income Tax Department — Issue of Corrected PAN card

I applied for an address update for my PAN card on 21st January 2021. This was acknowledged and I was given an Ack No [protected] dated 21-01-21. I am yet to receive the corrected PAN card. Whenever I enquire about the status of the application, there is a stock reply that the application is under process. I do not know how long it would be processed. If there is a problem about my application which causes a delay, this could have communicated to me so that I could rectify it, but in its absence, I am in the dark as to why it is taking such a long time.
I would be thankful if this application is processed early and I am issued a new PAN card at an early date.
