Income Tax Department — it refund not received for the year 2017-18

Hello,
I haven't received my return for the assessment year[protected].
The tax returns were filed on 31st july 2017. I kept on calling it customer support for the refund amount but got the same reply every time "its under processing". I have raised grievances too in incometax website but same reply each and every time.

I request to you kindly see the above problem and solve as early as possible.
