Dear sir,
My name is shoaib saifi my pan card no. Hjqps5039m. I have lost my pan card so kindly register a complaint against it so that no one can missuse that. Besides it i would request you to issue me a duplicate copy of that to the below mentioned new address.

This company selling more then 80% of goods without any tax last 10 years, The company did not providing (EPF), and fooling 40 employees, this company earning crore and crore black money . i attached some photo copies(with out bill making selling goods). JAIHIND
