Income Tax Department — no response from the pancard.com

I had applied for a new pan card with change of address on line through thepancard.com. I had submitted all the required documents and made online payment also. My application was forwarded to the card issuing authority vide customer code a1369569 and coupon number[protected] on 19th aug 2017. After a long time, i looked up the status and it said aadhar card demographic details could not be verified and was asked to resubmit the proof. I got my aadhar updated and resubmitted the same. Till now i have not received any communication from the incometax department and the status remains the same. I want to know whom i should contact in this regard. It is now more than three months since i applied for a new pan card. My pan number is aaqpv1247c.

This person is doing finance business having a properties worth of 50 Crores but not paying tax from long back, persons belonging to this finance are not paying tax and enjoying the benefits of the income and creating more black money
