Income Tax Department — not receiving my pan since 3 months: about to lose patience | |||
Respected sir and honorable minister, Name: bhimrao parvati bhame Pan acknowledge no.:n-[protected] I have applied for name correction in my pan card from bhimrao prabhu bhame to bhimrao parvati bhame almost 3 months before. My acknowledge no.: n-[protected] Initially i submitted my updated adhar card and school leaving certificate with application. Then i was asked to submit voting card on which both my name and my fathers correct name is there which i submitted immediately through mail. After that i was asked to send clerafication letter with anexture a. I sent it aslo along with class 1 officers sign and id card. Minwhile i called many times to customer care. Every time i got misleading and confusing information like one guy told me to submiting anexture a is compulsry. Another madam told me not to submit anexture a as its not compulsry for your case. For my every call, all customer care executive sujested me to wait for a week and call me again. Now currenty i was told that anexture a form on our website is incomplete. You have to add one more row in that form and mention previous name of your father on it. It has been 3 months gone, i am still waiting for my updated pan. Because of not having correct pan i am not able to complete my retirement pension form in my office. I had horrible experience with pan card service. If possible, please look in this matter and provide me my pan card at earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
