Income Tax Department — pan card not delivered bill [protected]

I have not received my delivery with airway bill number [protected].
The status shows as below but i have not received it :
Status :
Your PAN card has been delivered on 23-Apr-2019 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. [protected]

I have also tried searching in velex website at Track the Shipment Status but it says Record Not Found/Invalid No...!
Can you please look into it
