Income Tax Department — pan card withheld for processing

Hi
I applied new pan card on july 12, 2017.
While i check for status i got the message
Your pancard application withheld for processing

Southern region

Reason :aadhaar authentication mismatch with demographic details partial

I am confused. What should i do? What is wrong with my application.?
Should i give more documents?.
Even i went to the the local office they said all my documents are fine. Anybody else get this.
Please share some details
